PERFORM

Perform is an amped up version of Move. Here we dive into more complex weightlifting and gymnastics principles in addition to more demanding conditioning sessions. Don’t worry, there is still a heavy focus on developing the basics as well as movement and strength standards that live inside of the modules to prevent overtraining and injury.
