Prime Connect is a remote training program that gives you the ability to connect with expert coaches and other fitness enthusiasts across the world. Since 2006, we have been working with athletes and average Joe’s alike to find out what works. The programs on this site, while tried and true, will always be a work in progress. Fitness is a journey and we are excited that you are joining us for part of yours!

Our coaches believe that success happens with the perfect balance of support and challenge, and many times those items are too difficult to do alone. The solution…let us provide the structure and guidance that you aren’t getting alone or at your local gym. Our team works around the clock designing comprehensive training programs to meet your specific needs and goals. Each athlete will be assigned a program based on their situation. We will then monitor goals and track progress using the TrueCoach app, which includes video demonstrations and other state of the art remote training features!

We have broken it down into 5 main sections. The first two (2) sections are the main programs we deliver: Move and Perform. The remaining three (3) sections will hold our supplemental programs: Protect, Pump and Elevate.

Sunday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
