Prime’s Programs produce results by effectively combining weight lifting, body weight exercises, and cardiovascular movements. Training sessions are high intensity with a primary focus on proper technique. To see results we recommend training at least 3 times per week. To optimize your health and reach elite levels of fitness we suggest training 5 times per week.
