HERE IS WHAT YOU GET…
Your athlete will train with a maximum of 16 athletes at one time. Each session is run and coached by our team of expert coaches. Athletes will be given all the tools, support, and guidance all while training in a fun, safe, and supportive environment that will help them reach their physical potential.
Each session your athlete will participate in drills and skills specifically designed to increase speed, acceleration, agility, reaction time and change of direction. Developing these skills will help your athlete standout and become one of the fastest athletes on the field, court or ice.
Monthly performance testing: Your athlete will be tested throughout the program to measure speed, agility and power so that we can see exactly how well they are improving month to month. You and your athlete will receive a report card from each testing session to compare results and progress.
Mindset: Your athlete will receive daily education on how to best attack any given situation. We will spend 5-10 minutes at the end of each session discussing different scenarios and the best approach to break through with success.
Nutrition Education: Your Athlete will receive nutrition education necessary to help create a health relationship with food so that they can fuel their bodies appropriately for their sports.
