Physical Education


It is recommended that you get 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity each day.  Even though school is out, we are still asking you to be physically active each day. While this will not be graded, the Activity Log that was sent home (and linked below) will help you to monitor your daily progress.

We have provided you with examples of exercises and activities you can do at home or you can follow along with the online resources listed below. There are a variety of videos, and we will continue to add more. Resources include, but are not limited to; Core/Abdominal, Dance, Fitness, Flexibility, Timed Workouts, and more!
