Find your Prime in 9 is a 9-week fitness and health challenge that is designed to help you build positive habits around exercise and nutrition and be springboard into a long-lasting happy and confident life!

Over the nine weeks you will receive

  • 3x 3-week progressive training cycles (class will start 2x/week and progress to 3x/week

  • Bi-weekly InBody Analysis

  • Accountability Check-ins

  • 1x week Group Zoom Calls to discuss the following topics

    • Week 1 – InBody Breakdown + Protein / YoYo Dieting 

    • Week 2 – Conscious Carb Intake / Workout Analysis

    • Week 3 – Baddy with a Fatty / Workout Adjustments & Mods

    • Week 5 – Macros / Counting Calories / Lifestyle Audit

    • Week 6 – Meal Prepping 101
