Planned Re-opening on June 1, 2020. Here are a list of FAQs that will answer any questions or concerns you have about returning.
Can I continue with TrueCoach (Remote Training) and have a punchcard to attend classes when I feel comfortable?
Yes ABSOLUTELY! We will be moving billing over to TrueCoach for those memberships in addition to purchasing a punchcard membership through Wodify to have access to both. Our current punchard is 12-sessions for $129 and is good for 3-months from purchase date. This will allow one class per week over a 3-month period and you can keep working out at-home on the other days with the TrueCoach app.
Will you continue to give feedback through TrueCoach?
YES! TrueCoach is here to stay. We will also continue to update our YouTube channel with new videos and content to continually improve the service you are already receiving.
How many people will be in class once we open?
Eight [8]. This allows us to keep social distancing protocols perfectly and also remove the need for any equipment sharing.
What time are you going to run classes?
We will have sessions Monday-Friday with four classes in the morning and three classes in the evening. Each session will run for 45-minutes leaving 15-minutes between sessions to clean and limit social interaction 🙁 In addition, we will keep the afternoon open for additional cleaning and personal training sessions as needed.

Will I have to wear a mask?
The short is answer is yes. You should have a mask with you at all times, but once you are in your designated workout space you are free to remove it. If you leave your space for whatever reason, you will required to put the mask back on until returning to your space.
That doesn't look like a lot of people, will you limit how many classes we can attend per week?
We HAVE NOT decided yet, BUT there is a possibility of limiting attendance to 2x or 3x a week to allow for more operational capacity during this time.
What about the weekend?
Right now the goal is to host a "Prime Pop-up" session on Saturdays in a park to accomodate for more people. And Sundays, we can meet up for a Sunday Runday at the parkway, MVCC or the switchbacks. We will have more details on this as it evolves.
What about "Open Gym"?
The gym will be open from 4:30-8:30AM and again from 4-8:00PM for Open Gym hours. Open gym will take place on the auxillary side of the workout floor. There will be 90-minute blocks for registration in Wodify. There will be a limit of 3 athletes per block. This will ensure that there are never more that 9 athletes + 1 coach in that space at one time. Please note that priority will be given to athletes with upgraded memberships (Connect & ID)
Time blocks in the morning will look something like this:

What do I do in open gym?

How do I get workouts through TrueCoach for OpenGym?
It will be an add-on service to your membership for $30/mo (half off what we are promoting to the public). With the initial roll-out of this being at a very unique time, we will be lenient for the first four weeks to ensure we are doing things correctly.
Can I still do CrossFit?
In the initial phase, the only option to do true "CrossFit" is through TrueCoach.
Why 90-minute blocks?
This space will include athletes who are doing Prime45 workouts from the day or a TrueCoach program through Connect or ID. We want to make sure all athletes have enough time to finish their training session without having to rush through things.
Will there be a coach in Open Gym?
Yes. There will be a floor coach assigned to the area to help facilitate program, give feedback, and answer any questions.
Why only 3 athletes every 30-minutes?
This allows for athletes to be in different sections of their workout and will allow for more accessibility to the equipment needed to complete their session.
Will there be chalk available?
NO. It is recommended that you purchase your own chalk bag and ball from an online retailer such as Amazon, Back Country, Black Diamond or REI.

Wednesday 5/13/20
Programs & Classes will re-open in phases. As of right now, Phase One will include four weeks of Prime45 only classes. There are two main reasons for this…
This will allow us all to ramp back up in the gym. Many people have not had access to heavy weights, pull-up bars, cardio equipment, etc… so it would be silly to think we can just get back to business as usual
Universal accessibility and more class times. We want to make sure that EVERYONE at the gym has an opportunity to get into the gym when their schedule permits. We will not be running multiple classes at one time and we want to make sure we are being equitable for class times. This will also allow us to add more classes to the schedule with a 15-minute cleaning window in between classes.
We created a video explaining the differences between our Prime45 and CrossFit classes.
Virtual classes will continue to be available as demand warrants them beyond when we are able to reopen. These will be available for members at a discounted virtual only membership rate (TBD) or as a free add on to your normal membership.
All equipment will need to be returned to the gym the week prior to us being able to open our doors. If you plan on continuing virtual classes, we recommend you invest in at least 1-2 dumbbells, a resistance band and a jump rope. To “future proof your fitness” we have put together a list of recommended equipment you may want to start gradually accumulating as things become available.

Prime Fam!
We cannot overemphasize that the safety of our members and community has been, and remains our top priority. With circumstances developing as quickly as they have been regarding COVID-19 over recent days, it has been necessary to consolidate our communications. While this communication protocol will continue, you should be assured that we are monitoring developments locally (health department recommendations, personnel matters, client situations, etc.) and will issue additional guidance if/as necessary.
If you have not already been monitoring the COVID-19 we recommend you do so from the Centers for Disease Control and the State Department.

Starting Monday, 3/16/20 and continuing until further notice, there will be a program listed as “Prime@Home.” There will be daily workouts posted along with video tutorials on our public Instagram and Facebook accounts.
These versions of the workouts are specifically designed to be performed at home or outside of the gym and intended to keep you invested in your health and fitness while you are not able to attend the gym.

Memberships
We have been overwhelmed by emails from the members asking how they can continue to support the gym and staff during this time. We have also received messages from many members that are going through their own struggles.
The only way through this is together and we will continue to support each other as much as possible. So no matter what you need to do with your membership, know that everyone will continue to have access to our daily Prime@Home workouts through Instagram, Facebook and online support during this time.
For membership billing, please contact us if you would like us to pause your next billing date. In the event that we are required to stay closed longer than 1 month and you would like to continue receiving programming through TrueCoach, it would be a cost $49.50 for the month of April. We have setup a quick form for you to fill out below.
*Please note - If you would like to continue to pay your normal monthly dues, you do not need to take any action. For those of you who are able to continue with your membership uninterrupted throughout our closure, we would happily offer a discounted rate when we return.
These funds are going to support the coaches through this time and ensure that Prime is able to financially survive when we are allowed to re-open. We are communicating and working daily as a team to make sure we provide the best possible support for the community.
