Just MOVE…

Move is just that, getting everyone to just move a little more. It can be GREAT introduction to functional fitness, something that get’s you back into a routine, or maybe just a change up to what you have already been doing. Either way, out goal is to get you to first move well, and then move more frequently. In the Move programs, you will be developing strength, flexibility and basic levels of conditioning to live a happy and fulfilled live. There are “standards” for different movements throughout the program and we would LOVE you for you to reach these standards In the programs that have multiple tiers, you MUST achieve all of the Level One standards before progressing to the more advanced programs.
